Domestic Shipping Policy 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. 

Once orders are processed your order will be shipped via the method selected at the time of checkout. You will receive a tracking code via email once your order has shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES

The Grower's Co-Op is not responsible for any customs, taxes, or other fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

The Growers Co-Op is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS & SPECIALS

Grower's Co-Op may choose to offer shipping specials from time to time. Specials will run for a limited time and only orders placed within that window qualify. Shipping specials only apply to the Continental United States. If you live outside the Continental United States standard shipping rates will apply.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is not standardly included in Wholesale Orders. Call 800-654-2116 for your custom quote.
